Noren Terms Of Use Banner
These Terms of Use govern your use of all digital assets (“Products”) purchased from Noren. By using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product. Your license(s) may be revoked at any anytime and no refunds are provided.

1. License

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Product in personal or commercial Roblox projects.
  • Only Products purchased directly from Noren or approved channels carry a valid license.

2. Ownership

  • The Product remains the property of Noren.
  • You may not claim ownership or copyright of the Product.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
  1. Share, resell, or distribute the Product.
  2. Use unofficial or pirated copies.
  3. Decompile, reverse-engineer, or bypass licensing systems.
  4. Remove, hide, or modify brandings and credits.
  5. Use the Product for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes.
  6. Intentionally damage Noren’s reputation, including false reviews or fake comparisons.
In Team Create sessions, you are responsible for your own actions.

4. Branding

  • Brandings must remain visible unless the Product is explicitly unbranded or you have a “No Branding Pass.”
  • If you do not meet the conditions above, you must obtain Noren’s written approval to make branding changes.

5. Enforcement

  • Violations may result in warnings, blacklisting, or license revocation.
  • Noren may take action for any use that harms its reputation, staff, community, or partners, even if not explicitly listed.
  • Choosing to stop using the Product does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Security Systems

The Product may include systems that:
  • Verify your license ownership
  • Detect piracy or tampering
  • Trigger warnings or revoke access
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or modify these systems.

7. Updates

  • Noren may update these Terms at any time without notice.
  • Continued use of the Product after updates constitutes acceptance.

8. Creator Store Products

  • Products purchased through Roblox’s Creator Store are not covered by these Terms.
